By creating an account or using Usefooma, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
Usefooma lets you fund a wallet and purchase data bundles, airtime, cable TV subscriptions and electricity tokens, either through the dashboard or the API, subject to available network providers and plans.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Wallet funding is processed through the payment methods made available in your dashboard. Purchases are debited from your wallet balance; a failed delivery that was already debited is reversed back to your wallet once identified. We are not responsible for delays caused by upstream network providers.
API access is provided for integrating Usefooma services into your own products. You agree not to abuse rate limits, attempt to bypass authentication, or use the API for unlawful purposes.
You agree not to use Usefooma for fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Paid subscription plans renew automatically per the billing cycle you selected, unless cancelled beforehand from your dashboard. Certain features (such as SMTP settings and Sender ID requests) require an active subscription.
Usefooma is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Usefooma after a change means you accept the updated terms.
